JHPI strictly implements “6S” field management and uses only the raw materials of domestic and foreign famous brands. The frequency of spot check in the production line once for every two hours, warehousing spot check and lot inspection for product ex-warehousing are all over 5 times higher than national standard requirements. Through strict process control, ex-factory pass rate of all products reaches 100%. It has complete detection equipment such as universal test machine, drying oven, Vicat test machine, impact testing machine, hydrostatic blasting test machine, mass melt rate meter, whiteness meter, oxygen index tester; sound third–party testing organization is also entrusted for ensuring product quality, making JHPI take the lead in terms of product quality.
